Here's what's been aired so far:
Episode 1: Sally
Bret and Jemaine go to a party at Dave's place where Jemaine sees, and falls for, a beautiful girl named Sally. Bret deals with their growing relationship, and Murray helps the two film a music video.
Episode 2: Bret Gives Up The Dream (my favorite) 
Bret starts a job as a sign holder when the money gets tight. However it interferes with a gig the band gets at a travel expo, so Murray and Jemaine replace him with a cassette tape. Bret meets a girl, Coco, at his new job.
Episode 3: Mugged
Bret loses Jemaine's trust after abandoning him when they get mugged.
Episode 4: Yoko
Bret begins dating Coco, who Jemaine thinks is trying to break up the band.
